The Challenge

This client came to us in need of a full email launch plan with implementation, all within the scope of five weeks. In addition to the planning and building, The client wanted us to remain in charge of ongoing support for campaigns and automations.

The Solution

To start, we led the clients’s Klaviyo implementation and incorporated third-party growth apps like Yotpo, Recharge, and Shopify. With the scaffolding in place, we created a marketing calendar along with flows and automations, and lastly built the tech stack for their one-on-one sleep consultations. We continue to run and grow their CRM operations.
