This client, founded in 2012, is an online alcohol marketplace that aims to convenience consumers with quick, on-demand alcohol delivery services. By connecting users to local retailers, they offer a personalized alcohol service from the comfort of their customers’ homes.

What We Did

The client came to Ragnarok seeking email production and strategy support in order to optimize email efficiency and increase customer acquisition and retention. This included the process of email production which began by confirming URLS, UTM parameters, designs, copy, and display requirements.

The Solution

The Ragnarok team provided strategic support with creative campaign briefs, A/B Testing, and follow-up reporting. Our Creative team wrote and designed emails using client-provided assets and style guides.  We then migrated the client to Iterable, which solved previous deployment issues and allowed for better client collaboration. 

Highlights include:

Migrated the client off of Emarsys – a full migration of all 11 automations, in-depth QC, and deploy/turn on.

By testing campaigns, we were able to refine the messaging in order to better target current, lapsed, and potential subscribers to increase retention rates and engagement.
